I booked a cruise with my three young daughters for the four of us as a family holiday. Their first cruise and my second. This ship had been recommended by my dad who had been on it the year before.

Positives : Pools, shows were excellent, service in some area's, Spa (expensive but good, get the hair treatment with a scalp massage, brilliant). I felt safe and let my children (age 14, 11 & 11) go off by themselves which was great. Check in and departure was a very smooth process. Gym was huge and moderm.

Negatives : Guest Services were very unhelpful and looked fed up, two of my daughters burnt their hands in the Windjammer and they just said 'there are signs saying 'Caution' read them', very rude! Weather was very cold the entire time even though we went in June so limited as what to do. The Windjammer always had food on the floor, it was very dirty and the food was pretty much the same each night, however we did eat in the other restaurant some nights to break it up. Not enough healthy options to eat.
