Cruise was part of a holiday package we won (Ha Ha.... had to pay for) via Exploria Resorts.

We were told 3 days and 2 night Bahama cruise with an outside cabin.

We then had to pay $199 x 2 for port taxes for the cruise. When we finally got through the check in procedure 2 hours, and got into our room about 4.30, we found we had an inside cabin...NO Window, so we went back to the info desk and they said we had to go back off the ship to the check in area to arrange correct room. (Our paperwork clearly stated outside cabin) after waiting in line for another half hour, we were told that the computers were down, nothing could be done, but if we wanted to upgrade to a suite it would cost another $249. Ummm No. When we finally got back onto the ship the excursion booking desk was now closed from 5-7???? so we could not book anything for the time on the island. We went and had dinner and saw the show, which was very great. We went back to the booking desk and it had closed again. The ship cruises at night so you cannot see any scenery or islands, our room had no window so could not see anything when the ship docked in the morning. So our trip to the bahamas, consisted of not seeing anything at all but the dockland. Cruise was 2 nights and 1 day
