I have only been on one other cruise and that was 28 years ago. I was impressed back then and assumed this was cruise was going to be "over the top" because in 28 years things can only get better. Boy was I wrong! Here are my pros and cons:

1. The staff was friendly and courteous but since they were all from different countries it was impossible to understand them.
