Prior to leaving home we were advised to take 2 (two) copies of each passport.

This we did, however on arrival at the embarkation desk after queuing for some time advised that because each passport was not on its own A4 size page was not acceptable.

Their solution was for me to join yet another long queue to have the documents copied onto an A4 size sheet per each page then to rejoin the original queue to re-present. Read more
