I only gave 2 stars because of the good staffs service that I received. Our room attendant and the dinning room servers were able to provide excellent service. Most other staffs on the cruise were nice and friendly although you might always meet someone who has no patient or gave you the dirty look. Of course, those are the people whom you do not have a chance to rate their services.

I was very of disappointed with RCL. I actually made a deposit on a stateroom with balcony with Princess about 8 months ago , but later switched to RCL. Not only I was able to get the nice family room that people are thrilling about, but also the advertisement regarding how the ship got refurnished. I thought it's going to be a beautiful ship, however, you can still see the ship is kind of wearing out.

On the boarding day, we waited about an hour before entered the secured gate and there were hundred people behind us. While we waited in lines for checked in over the counter, they moved those hundred people to shorter lines and only took them less than 10 mins to check in. Yes, their lines were flying off. Its totally not fair for us who waited for more than 30-45 mins to check in. Compare with Princess and Disney Cruise, RCL definitely has the most longer waited time and poor management on checked in.

Family Oceanview Stateroom

The family stateroom is huge and best view on the ship when it's not at the port.
