This was great cruise from Boston with multiple generations with the family. Cruise staff was friendly, helpful and were always willing to help you. Food was the absolute best in the main dining room. Food service could not have been better. We also eat in the Italian restaurant and it was But given the choice I loved the main dining room food - menus changed nightly - giving a large assortment to choose from. We were unable to get a reservation in the steak house - as NCL allows passengers to book multiple nights in the specialty restaurants. NCL should limited to 2 nights per stateroom so that ALL passengers get a chance to experience all the ship has to offer. We didn't like the other restaurant choices and we lost our credit.

Beds were - very firm - too firm. Customer Service tried to fix situation and got a new mattress when we docketed in Bermuda. it was still to firm, I ended up sleeping in the spare - Bunk bed - which was a better mattress. They need to upgrade their mattresses, when you go on vacation it should not be an issue falling asleep. Had an issue with the showerhead and was told there was a part on order - .....to late we sailed from Boston. The part arrived in Bermuda and it was all fixed. I think this is why we suddenly got chocolate covered strawberries in our room. No complaints here. The ship was certainly showing it age and in need of an update - which it was scheduled for in 2016 - we can only hope that they did a top to bottom upgrade and over hale.

Waitstaff and crew work hard on this ship and are always smiling and upbeat - it made the cruise even better then expected. Cruise port of Bermuda is the best - never been to this port and it was so easy to learn where to go, sights to see and to make arrangements on your own. No necessary to take cruise excursion for Horseshoe Beach - simply take a taxi bus right outside the ship or take the pink bus - get pass right off the end of the dock in the travel center. Took Ferry to Georgetown - What a view on the ride !!! Georgetown is a sleepy town - nice an quiet. ENJOY !!

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin was handicapped. Very roomy. But it was missing sitting soft sofa. Just a small table and two hard chairs.
