We cruised on the Celebrity Eclipse to Iceland and Ireland in May 2016. We booked last minute and got a good deal, a balcony cabin on deck 6 aft. This trip did not include a drinks package, which we missed. Although we are not big drinkers we missed the fresh orange juice, the bottled water for trips ashore, the wine with dinner etc.which we had had with previous Celebrity cruises. The itinerary was brilliant and so was the weather. I would describe our trip to the golden circle in Rekjavik as one of my best days ever. Our one small whinge was fixed dinning. We were originally on 8.45 seating, which we felt was to late then moved to the earlier seating, which at 6.15 we felt was to early. We had dinner in both Tuscan Grill and Muranos. Both well worth the additional cover charge. The shows were all excellent. One night there was a ventriloquist and I have to admit I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy it. He was very talented and it was the most I laughed all week. We loved the chance to relax on sea days. We found all staff helpful, pleasant and nothing was to much trouble.

Great trip to Jameson Whisky factory. I could have listened to the soft Irish accent of our tour guide all day.
