My cabin was nice. My cabin steward did a great job. After that, the service was at best below average. The dining room and bar service was horrendous. It took us as long as 2 and 1/2 hours to have dinner on 3 different nights. I think the food was the biggest disappointment. Low quality and poorly prepared and cold when we finally had it served to us. The waiter just kept making excuses about how they gave him extra tables. The buffet was boring. After 5 cruises with Carnival - this is my last. Very disappointed. Will not waste another nickel on a low end cruise ship. This was supposed to be much nicer than the the Carnival Fantasy but did not come close to matching it in service and quality. The best food on the ship came from Guy's Burger Joint if that tells you anything. Don't waste your time or money.
