Sail Date: May 2016
Cabin: Family Oceanview Stateroom

We have been longtime loyal RCCL cruisers and I guess that is why I felt so let down.

Boarding:

We are Platinum so we got what we thought was prefered access and boarding. We had to wait outside to cross the street, then once in there were two lines, prefered access and general boarding. We in the prefered access had to wait about 10 minutes for the General boarding folks to go. There was even a time when there was no one in the General boarding line but he still made us wait. This was checkpoint #2 as now you head up the escalator to what looks like the International terminal at EWR, loaded with people pushing and just rude.
