We went on this cruise expecting to see a great ship and fantastic things to do. The embarkation was really good very easy and didn't take long at all within 30 min we were on the ship this was the best bit.

We got onboard the ship and headed to the pool area as my son of 4 years wanted to swim. We walked pass the children splash area which was closed. We asked a member of staff why it was closed they said it would be open later. (The splash area was never open the whole cruise and we were just told lies the whole time).

We were then allowed to head to our cabin at 1pm the rooms were very well appointed and it was clean and very welocming nothing wrong there.
