We selected Norwegian Cruise Line because we wanted to go back to Bermuda. We were in Bermuda over 40 years ago and wanted one more visit. However, I would never pick Norwegian again. This was not our first cruise. We have traveled on six other cruises from another cruise line. My main complaint is there were no signage on the pier or on the ship. We didn't know we had to leave luggage outside the building when we had to find where to get our cabin key cards. After about an hour wait, we finally got on the ship but when we stepped off the gang plank, there was no one there to greet us or tell us how to find our cabin. It was just an empty hallway. There was so signs in the cabin telling us how to turn on the electricity or where to find the life jackets. We had to call the desk and ask.

The one complimentary dining we did was horrible. It was a dry prime rib that came with a appetizer and baked potato. No bread. The waiter never came back to the table to refill cups of coffee or ask us how the dinner was. I felt like the waiter didn't care. There were a lot of activities but we did have to watch out for what was extra cost. We stayed eating at the buffet the rest of the cruise.

The passengers were friendlier then the crew. On top of all that, the bed was hard as a rock and had a seam in the middle that made it feel like two twin beds pushed together. The seating in the auditorium had a metal bar placed between the back rest and seat. If you had a tall person in front of you, it was difficult to see the stage. Maybe the other ships in the fleet are better, but I for one will not risk it. No more Norwegian for me. Sorry.
