A lovely cruise to the Norwegian Fjords, made even more enjoyable by the weather. We did not buy official excursions as even in the quietest ports of Olden and Skjolden pleasant walks availed themselves taking you to idyllic sights.

Overall the vessel was clean, well maintained and with a very pleasant decor. The ship itself was larger than we like, but despite the presence of over 3000 guests and children (half term week) there was always somewhere to sit on deck.

Staff without exception were pleasant and polite. Cabin steward (E714) was superb. Noting previous reviews despite the high number of passengers we always found seating in the Horison restaurant, even at peak times. Read more
