We chose this cruise because of it fitting in prior to another cruise sailing on 5/27/16. We have sailed Carnival before and this was the worst ship yet. Employees seem unhappy and agitated. Bar tenders are rude if you correct them on a drink make incorrectly. Food sucks, as always. Using left over hot dogs every day for breakfast..really?? And good luck finding a table to sit at because no one is cleaning off the tables left by others that ate.

On a positive note, the room attendant and service was good. Overall, this ship needs a total interior renovation, along with new staff and more so, new activities and managers for all departments. It's obvious the customer service on this ship is reflected by poor management. We had a Spa Balcony, which didn't seem any nicer than a regular balcony. Don't waste your money. Its obvious that you will pay less on Carnival, however, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. And honestly, how long do they think people are going to want Lemonade or Tea through their entire trip. Carnival is putting all of it's efforts and money into it's newest ships, so do yourself a favor and sail the Breeze or Vista. Anything that is NEW.

Cabin Review

Cloud 9 Spa Balcony

Cabin 8P

Supposedly these were renovated. Really? not the spa bed I slept on in a spa balcony on the breeze. Decor was same old outdated stuff.

Port Reviews

Grand Turk

Margaritaville is geared toward young twenties that want to get wasted out of their gord. Too much of the wrap music.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

power snorkel was awsome! reef isn't that good.
