Celebrity Infinity Cruise Review by cruzlvr4545
- Sail Date: May 2016
- Destination: Pacific Coastal
- Cabin Type: Aqua Class
Loved the Infinity, so sad she had problems docking in Alaska! The ship was very pretty, & I liked all the public rooms, especially Constellation lounge. Great view forward, & we even saw some whales one evening while having cocktails.
The restaurant Blu was a wonderful experience, this was my first booking in Aqua class. I tried many different dishes, quail, frogs legs, pheasant & more.
I was very pleased that the coffee café is also on the Infinity, I think it was added on the refit, as well as the Cellar Masters bar. That was our meeting place before dinner.
Our weather was cool for a Florida girl, so I did not visit any pools, including the solarium. We just used our balcony if we wanted to go outside!
My only complaint about the ship was the inefficient way we were disembarked from the tender in Santa Barbara. Because of it, we lost time on our shore excursion to Solvang.
Yes, my next booking on Celebrity is also Aqua class, an aft facing cabin. We'll go up the east coast on that one.

MontereyMet friends for lunch on the Monterey pier, did some shopping and strolled down to the little museum. Also picked up a jacket because I found the temperature a tad cool for a Florida gal.View All 43 Monterey Cruise Port Reviews

SausalitoVery brief trip with only 20 minutes for shopping! We had to be back to the ferry for Alcatraz at a certain time, so Sausalito was cut short.View All 19 Sausalito Reviews
Butchart GardensThe gardens are so beautiful, I couldn't begin to describe them! Took lots & lots of pictures though. Had plenty of time for the gardens & their gift shop.View All 270 Butchart Gardens Reviews
High Tea at the Empress HotelOk .....Our tea was in a little restaurant, not the hotel. It was truly wonderful though, with plenty of teapots for our table, and plenty of fancy little sandwiches and little cakes & cookies. I went with 3 friends, and we all really enjoyed the tea! Lots of fun too.....View All 19 High Tea at the Empress Hotel Reviews
