This cruise was part of a package with a tour of the Rockies, we have been on 4 cruises prior but none with Celebrity. I will NEVER cruise with them again as the whole experience was very under whelming. For a company that has been operating as long as them they should have perfected so much more.

The first thing that I complain about is the ridiculously long waiting period for embarkation and disembarkation, it was so disorganised and amateur, like it was the first time they had ever sailed and this was at every port. The food in the formal dining room was well below par and it was much better to eat in the café which should not be the case.

The days at sea were far too many for such a short cruise and the activities on these days did not rate compared with other ships. You cannot count shopping as an activity which they did several times a day, also organising future tours with discounts should not be counted as an activity.
