This is my only my 2nd cruise and possibly my last . The 1st was on Palm Beach Princess which was a low budget cruise so I thought Carnival would be much better but was disappointed . I do not consider being on a boat with 3500 other travelers a relaxing vacation . Out of 7 nights cruising we had 4 shore excursions . I believe we spent more time waiting in line than anything else . Lines for everything....food , drinks , going ashore , getting back on the boat , embarking and debarking . Too many people in too little space . Buffett food that I found terrible for the most part . When dinner is served you have to eat or miss out till the next meal . The pizza is always open , guys burgers only about 2 hours at lunch , sandwiches are a hit or miss . Of course you can call room service , just expect to tip above the automatic 15% already added to your bill .

Even though they super chlorinated the pools every morning ... by afternoon they were all piss yellow , really disgusting .....we never entered any pool or spa and outdoor showers are few and only by the overcrowded pools .

Do not buy the unlimited drinks unless you are a serious drinker ... we spent over $800. for unlimited drinks and 15% gratuity for 2 people but only drank less than half that .
