This was my first cruise so I was VERY excited. I had heard that the food would be excellent and the entertainment would be wonderful. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! While I did enjoy the entertainment on the ship, the food was terrible. It was cold, tasteless and smelled bad, as did the water. The orange juice tasted like orange hot water and the water tasted like it came from the toilet. Money was stolen from my wallet in my cabin during the first night. The ship lost power 3-4 times during the trip which resulted in there being no air, no ice for the toilet tasting water, no lights and a delay in us getting back to the port on time. In addition, someone died on the ship. What I thought would be one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life, ended up being a nightmare I will never forget. I reported the stolen money and called about the other issues to which I was told 'We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do for you.' I will probably cruise again, but will NEVER cruise Carnival Cruise lines again.
