We took this cruise to try to relax from a loss of a loved one.
The Valor just came out of dry dock, and the ship was dirty, the pool on the Lido Deck was black water for two days and when the water looked clear, it had what appeared to be sand all over the bottom.
The water slide was open one day.

The stateroom window and ledge had stuff smeared all over it. The cabin stewart claimed that it was glue, but the carpet hadn't been replaced. The balcony was very dirty, stuff all over the chairs, stainless steel was black. Took three days to correct it.
