We chose this cruise because we were going with another cruise and they had cruised with AMA before...We decided to spent an extra two nights in our departure city of Amsterdam before the cruise and then added the 4 night land package to the cruise as well. All I can say is that everything was perfect...our cabin was great and we did not chose the largest one available, our bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very nice as well. The ship was beautiful and clean and modern and upscale...dining was out of this world, the service was perfect but not too stuffy, the ports and shore excursions was spot on and the whole thing ran like a perfectly oiled machine but you didn't really notice, it was all just very natural. The crew took such good care of us and spoiled us and there were tears in my eyes on the day we left the ship. Our cruise director was unbelievable and was always willing to go the extra mile to make every thing work well. I know that we will certainly do another cruise with AMA, the only hard part is deciding which of their trips to do next.
