Yes, I was fully aware that there was work going on to put the final touches on Harmony of the Seas. No, that did not put a damper on my overall cruise experience for the four-night maiden/preview voyage to Rotterdam, Netherlands.

The embarkation process was the smoothest I've ever experienced. My family and I were onboard in about fifteen minutes! Once onboard, I was wowed by sheer scale and spectacle of Harmony's public areas, especially Central Park and the Boardwalk. Even though the ship is the largest in the world, it's surprisingly easy to get around.

The size of my balcony cabin was perfect for my sister and I. The beds were comfier than those on other RCI ships, and the installation of extra outlets was appreciated.
