Victory is in serious need of Updates!

I'll start by saying we cruise often; and this is only 2nd bad cruise review I have had.

Our stateroom was a Balcony stateroom on deck 8. Our first glance at our stateroom revealed an old Zenith Tube Television that was manufactured in 1987. Not Kidding! The picture was so bad it was unwatchable. Our room was dirty, scuffs all over the walls, holes in the curtains, and smelled bad. To the service... Bars are way over crowded, at least 7 - 10 minute wait every time you want a drink. Poolside buffet always packed, long lines. Buffet in the back of the ship was decent. Only place to go where there wasn't a long line.
