I was very impressed that I wasn't bored on the trip across the Atlantic. The staff kept everyone busy with lots of options for activities.

The Chef was outstanding. I think this was perhaps my favorite trip when it comes to consistency of quality and taste of the food. Each night it was really wonderful. The Diamond Lounge was really nice.

I have also always been impressed with the customer service from the employees of Royal Caribbean International in all areas of the ship. Everyone, including dining room staff, cabin staff, activities and service staff all around the ship appear to want to be there. They always have a smile on their faces and greet you. This is different from other cruise lines that I have traveled. They work to keep the ship looking and functioning well, and prevent as many inconveniences as possible.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Scheduled a Jr. Suite. Got a call that they had double booked our room, and they asked if we would consider moving down to a D1 Balcony, and they would give us a partial refund. We agreed, but were a little disappointed. However, the D1 balcony suite was enough room for us. Always clean and in good condition.
