We chose this cruise because we wanted to experience the worlds biggest ship. It was the biggest but it was the biggest mistake we had made. We ate at 6pm in the Grande and the staff could not find our table 2nights out of 3 . We did find the food very nice but no better than other cruises. The Aqua theatre was not open and that was one of the main things we wanted to see. Greece show was fantastic but the rest of the entertainment was rubbish. Shame as on the Addventure of the seas entertainment was really good.

Our cabin was very smart , lovely bathroom but no toiletries were provided only soap. And also no hot water for the 3 days. Chris our cabin boy was very nice. Most helpful. But could not sort out hot water problem but not his fault. And why once you've paid gratuities why do you have to pay a service charge on top. Especially when the service was poor. Not enough staff. Had to wait along time to get served at the bars. Two drinks with service charge cost us 25 dollars!!!!!!! And whey were not that nice. This was not the experience we had expected.

At night we could hear drilling or sanding . Workmen were still working on the ship. Some of the hot tubs were closed and as there was so menu people on the ship it was very hard to get in the ones that were working ,another disappointment.
