We have cruised with many cruise lines and this was by far the worst experience. you were not even allowed to take on board water or soft drinks. you had to pay for almost everything. the service was awful and slow. the food was average and the buffet was only warm with pasta, pizza, burgers etc. the ship looks wonderful but a lot of the ship was reserved for select passengers.

I would recommend looking at a different cruise line and enjoy your holiday.

It appears to us that this is the ship that they send staff for retraining as they they were discourteous and not help full at all we asked our steward for ice 5 times and ended up fetching it from the buffet and fetched it ourselves. Read more
