We were greeted at Southampton port by very friendly helpful staff and because we had already printed our sea passes they checked us in on their iPads. We were then free to board the ship we live in hythe near Southampton and we got a taxi to the terminal and from leaving home to getting to our room was 45 minutes very impressive. When we entered our room there were hats flags and pass holders laid out on the bed. The room was lovely nice comfy bed and bathroom was clean with a lovely shower and we had a balcony overlooking the boardwalk.

Through out our cruise so far we have found the staff friendly and helpful and very mindful of the bad reviews they received after last weeks test cruise we have been asked by lots of staff if we have had any problems or had any complaints but we don't.

The food is wonderful the shows are excellent . The one thing I will say about the food and dining is we went on the anthem of the seas last year and they gave you a set time and had 4 restaurants you rotated to each evening and your waiter and water server moved with you so that at the end of the cruise you could tip them personally but on the harmony we have had different servers each evening .
