The Scenic Cruise boat we were on was less than a year old and in perfect condition. Really enjoyed activities on the top and watching the settlements only the river as we drifted by. The food was well made and well presented. The cabin was clean, well laid out with comfortable mattresses. AND it was cleaned every morning. The boat staff was extremely helpful and always did their best to help quickly. The times were always posted for all activies like tours, dinners, and entertainment with staff members always at the front desk willing to answer any concerns.

The bus rides to cities and the walking tours were always well planned out with tour guides who spoke good English and also well knew the history of the city's buildings and area. The guides also counted heads often so no one was walking in the wrong direction and getting lost. At the end of the river cruise, we were all put in buses to the Zurich Airport. The time was posted. The staff was ready to assist in getting us on the buses and getting our luggage on the same bus as we were on. Then the bus zipped us to the airport so we could get on the plane on time with our luggage.
