I have done many transatlantics and love them. This time in Vigo spain I wanted to see Santiago de Compostella and in LeHavre, I took the tour to Giverny and Monay's home and gardens as I have been to Paris many times and to Mt. St. Michelle before. We enjoyed a few days in London before returning to the states.
The ship is beautiful. The service excellent. The ocean was rough for 1-1/2 days but smooth most of the time. The food was not as good as usual and they charged more than the last time for the crepe restaurant which was wonderful and worth it. Although they didn't have a special place for elite members to enjoy music and cocktails they gave out enough drink coupons to enjoy cocktail hour. Shows were unique and I'm not sure how much I liked them but guest lecturers and entertainers were marvelous.
The decoration and comfort of the cabin were excellent. The doors to the balcony were easy to operate and the bathroom was quite adequate. There was enough storage for 2 women sharing a room.
It was very organized and we were on the ship in no time enjoying a lovely lunch in the buffet restaurant.
