We stayed overnight in the Sheraton San Juan. This was very comfortable and central however being from the UK we are used to breakfast being part of most hotel experiences. We were very embarrassed to be tracked down in the hotel foyer by an irate head waiter who suggested we had tried to leave without paying ... embarrassing and costly but genuine mistake!

Thereafter things got much better we set off to the ship and embarked with no difficulty.

Accommodation... We were very pleased with our Concierge Cabin although it wasn't as opulent as the UK brochure depicted, it was very nice and we were very well looked after by the Concierge 'Vittel' and his team. We had breakfast on the balcony delivered every morning and prepared to perfection (smoothies to die for) and we loved having the door open at night and lying listening to the sea as we drifted off to sleep. Having only been on one cruise before , we really appreciated the sound of only waves and were pleasantly surprised not to hear the engine noises at all, it was incredible.

Cabin Review

Cabin CC

Great position, no noise at all, would have liked it to be more like the pictures on the UK website but it was still nice. Port side was good for sail away.

A few people we met were upgraded to CC, I was happy for them but how do they choose??
