The included excursions in each port were well organized, utilized comfortable modern coaches, were great overviews of the port city and were conducted by knowledgeable and friendly local guides. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the Cologne beer tour would require skipping the farewell dinner on board, which was a rather special one.
The cruise directory was friendly, informative, attentive and a good public speaker.
The cabin and wait staff were friendly, attentive and did their jobs with excellence.

Veranda Stateroom
Well appointed, comfortable bed, clean, adequate electrical outlets, efficient space utilization, nice veranda, plenty of hot water. Variety on the TV was nice with respect to movie offerings, but somewhat lacking on live TV options... most notably U.S. CNN Headline News would have been nice.
