We had a fantastic trip and I can highly recommend this experience to anyone. The embarkation process went really smoothly without any problems.
We loved the stop over ports, although they were all obviously a little rushed. Felt a little like a "hit and run" although definitely provided us with a good indication of where we would like to return to.
The service on board was great until the day before we disembarked when it appears that staff just give up. We had no toilet paper or tissues in our cabin for the last day. Our Swiss Army knife was confiscated when we boarded the ship end we were supposed to get it back at a table outside when we disembarked. The disembarking process (in fact the entire day) was not as well organized as the embarkment day. The dining room facilities were overcrowded because everyone had to vacate their cabins at the same time, regardless of disembarking time. Most people disembarked from level 5. We were requested to disembark from level 4 which had been reserved for guests doing an excursion and carrying on with their cruise. Needless two say, the desk with confiscated items was not there. When we finally got someones attention requesting the return of our Swiss Army Knife, they went to check and upon their return simply said that there are no more knives so therefore it is gone. The financial loss does not compare to the sentiment behind the item that they simply lost or gave to someone else. It put a damper on the entire cruise that nobody even offered an apology.
Cabin was well equipped and comfortable. Service was great except that we had to keep asking for toilet paper. On the last day we had no toilet paper or tissues in our cabin. "Partially obscured view" is similar to "all inclusive", don't expect too much, although you can at least tell the difference between day and night.
