Wanted to explore and investigate this new ship. Cruisers with over 30 cruises . Mainly cruise Celebrity.
We were prepared to be underwhelmed and we were preoared for there to be some snag type problems on board. In fact we were disappointed and upset at the degree of the unfinished state and the generally poor service on board. We sailed in the owners suite which was very nice but on deck 14 and from 6am in the morning until gone 1am at night we were treated to the sound of loud grinding which only stopped after angry requests to guest relations. Luggage to room was delivered after 8 pm after an 11am boarding and was only located after many complaints.
Suites lounge messy , unkempt and definitely not maintained. Coastal kitchen fully booked by others before we boarded. Service generally poor and food mediocre.
Cabin Review
Owner's Suite with Balcony
Lovely spacious cabin. Lots of overhead noise from workmen from early morning to 1 am. Think it will be noisy during day even when workmen leave due to location under children's area.
