An awful experience. The ship was not ready to set sail. Construction workers were still on board and even worked during the night ( noise ). A lot of the advertised attractions were not open and pool playing areas roped off. Breakfast was served cold and when exchanged, was cold again.
Our TV was not even configured to work and was not resolved until the day before we disembarked. Paid for a premium restaurant package, only to be told that no reservations were available. After visiting these restaurants in person, we were able to book two of them. So bad communication there. I must say however, that the food and the staff in Jamie's Italian and The Chops Grille were amazing.
A customer service assistant advised us that the journey had been an absolute disaster. Even she tried to contact the maintenance department for us twice, but nobody answered. Shameful.
No tea or coffee facilities.
