It all started with the disaster at checkin. The people were all new and didn't know what they were doing. Took forever. Our concierge balcony room was dirty and had stains on the sheets, where it could easily be seen. The room wasn't set up for 3 even though we paid for 3.

Our dining room experiences were horrible. We never had a table, people were always seated at it. Food was good but not great. Hair in my chicken. So much went wrong on the ship it's too much to type. I will never take or recommend celebrity. We did have a few great people after a while. Marjan B. was outstanding and did everything in his power to see that we had a good experience and we appreciated that.

Alaska was breathtaking. All the tours we took were marvelous. Next time it's Princess all the way. No more fake 5 star ships for us. We took the 5 glacier seaplane tour in Juneau, excellent. The white pass Yukon rail tour was amazing. And the lumberjack show was fun.

Cabin C3

It was tight. But I loved the balcony. Toilet is so tiny you have no elbow room. Check for stained sheets and sticky fridge, even dirty switches and blow dryer
