This was our second Bermuda Cruise on the Summit and overall an even better experience than our last 5 years ago. We have been sailing Celebrity for a while now and finally made elite this cruise (Yeah :)). We were in Cabin 1140, which is the center aft cabin and has a great big balcony. I know that some think it feels like a tunnel as it is narrow, but I enjoyed the privacy and the shade that this balcony had to offer and the views from the railing were terrific.

Being in Agua we stuck to Blu for dining, except for one night in the Tuscan Grill. Blu met and exceeded all my expectations - staff being top notch and the food was excellent. Also had 3 morning breakfasts as well in Blu and was no disappointed. As to the Tuscan Grill - I was a little hesitant at first to try it, but we got 50% off by going on our first night and it was well worth it. Food and service were excellent. Note that we did upgrade to the premium drink package (we already had the classic) and it was nice no having to worry about what we were drinking. Even managed to go to the Martini Bar once or twice, which was fun, but I preferred Cafe Bacci and the Ocean View Bar - Very nice Dark and Stormy's.

Our room and room attendants were great - absolutely no issues. We did not get to see any of the on board entertainment, except for the guitarists/singers in the bars (who were very good). Spent this cruise resting and relaxing. Did not even go to either of the pools - did look like the chair hogs were out in full force - but I had my sunning satisfied on our large balcony.

Cabin Review

Aqua Class

Cabin A1

Great cabin. Nice private veranda. Some have said it is an alleyway the veranda, but we liked the privacy and the shade it offered. Great viewing from the rail. Room was kept spotless by our cabin staff. We enjoy Aqua Class for Blu and the aft cabins up on deck 11 on the M Class ships (our favorites).
