Full Disclosure - This was mine and my husband's first cruise. That being said, we did A LOT of research on not only this cruise line, but this specific ship. We also read tons of reviews on Cruise Critic and other sites pertaining to this ship and the cruise to Alaska. We also (for comparison purposes) did research on other cruise lines and other ships as well with the same and/or similar itineraries. We booked this cruise through a travel agent.

This trip was AMAZING!!! I truly don't know where to begin! We had such an incredible adventure the whole way through, I feel like we won't be able to top it for a while. Everyone wants to have a memorable, pleasant vacation, but this trip was especially important to us because it was our honeymoon. Our ship left from Seattle May 14th and returned to Seattle May 21st. We did the 7-night Sawyer Glacier cruise through the inside passage stopping at Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, and Victoria, BC.

We flew into Seattle early the day before the cruise to explore and see the sights. I've always wanted to go to Seattle and have heard nothing but amazing things from people who have been or have lived there. We were not disappointed! Seattle is an INCREDIBLE city, and if you get the opportunity you really should spend the day and night there. I could go on and on, but I won't because I want this review to focus on our cruise experience. But, I will say that I think the Sky View Observatory in downtown Seattle has a better view than the Space Needle and is less crowded. Read more
