Best vacation ever! We wanted to see the tulips in bloom so we picked the Tulips & Windmills River Cruise. Amsterdam was impressive, so friendly, so many first class museums, so many bridges and canals to walk, so many photo ops, interesting food to sample, beers to choose and great easy local transportation.

Our ship was small & intimate with only 160 passengers- Impeccable service, spotless comfortable rooms, great food and well planned included shore excursions. The ports were each memorable; we especially enjoyed Arhemn, Antwerp, Bruges, Horn and, of course, Keukenhof Gardens in Kinderdijk where the tulips were breathtaking.

Viking's staff will do anything to make your trip fantastic including nightly entertainment that we thoroughly enjoyed for its variety. Best of all we made new friendships with couples on board and came home with once-in-a lifetime memories. Now I am trying to condense 2000 photos down to 200 favorites.

Amsterdam

Fantastic guide introduced us to sights of Amsterdam

Arnhem

Did our own walking tour since docked right in town. St. Eusibus Church & museum were worth the short walk. We had great fun at the Saturday market for locals, sampling cheese, fruits and smelling flowers. Friendly quaint town with lots of shopping opportunities.
