Viking Freya was a beautiful ship with pleasant and spotlessly clean amenities. The cabin fulfilled our needs for beds, storage space, closet space, bath space and was cheerful with a large plant on the make-up counter. Added plus, was the safe and perfect TV viewing. Our Room Steward, Todor, was exceptional with finely tuned, detailed attention to organizing our personal effects and immaculate attention to the cleanliness and orderliness of our room.

Loved breakfast. Lunch with the dining room option or the Acquavit Terrace was delightful and scrumptious. Since my sister and I have food requirements, we cannot eat red meat because my sister has two stents in her main heart aorta. I don't eat red meat because of calorie and cholesterol content. I did have several dinners with delicious fish menus and lots of ice cream which made me happy.

The evening entertainment of "A Slovakian Evening", was delightful. I particularly liked the opera singing of "Sound of Europe: Salzburg" and the accompanying dancing. We enjoyed "Liars Club" where we watched "Zeljko Bilanovic, Matre d'" perform a hilarious pantomine of the horse riding technique for the "Titup" skit.

Wonderful bus tour of beautiful Bratisvlava.

Linz (Salzburg)

Loved the charm, history and warmth of Linz. The New Cathedral was magnificent.
