We were on the Spa Deck.. (11th floor balcony ) After cruising on the Dream two years ago... the Freedom seemed to be lacking in areas. It is a smaller ship, so I am sure that has something to do with it.

We had anytime dining in the Chic dining room.. Alvin was the best waiter by far!! We had him one night and from then on he knew our names. The food was okay, but nothing was just over the top foodgasam... I was waiting for the night of bread pudding only to find that this ship had banana bread pudding.. yuck! The kids of course love the melting cake. The shrimp creole was nothing like a good creole dish from Louisiana ... the jerk pork.. nahhh... not after having jerk chicken while in Mahogany Bay at a local cafe.

Harri our room steward was great and very friendly.. always had a smile! It didn't matter if we were passing in the hall, or he was helping with something in the room.. always happy and smiling..

Balcony

Cabin 8F

Our cabin was tight with two adults and two kids ages 9 & 11. There was a lot of movement in this room! We could feel the ship moving and at times felt as though it was tilting far to one side. It was nice being able to look out of our own balcony and watch the scenery.
