we read a lot of reviews and also have friends that have gone on Viking cruises and we have never heard of anything negative. Their website does a great job of showing you the rooms and the whole ship in and out. They also show all the ports you will visit and what to expect.

Everything when you are on the ship meets all expectations. The food and service is fantastic. You are greeted every day by the crew with a smile. In the restaurant where you have no time expectations is well presented and the chef will accommodate any dietary needs. The rooms are kept beyond clean and serviced twice a day. Coffee is ready on all floors in the morning to take to your room before breakfast. At breakfast there is a chef to make your personal omelette and eggs, bacon and cheese. Lunch and dinner include wine and beer
