This was our first cruise and we couldn't fault it and had a fantastic time.

Our paperwork suggested that we would be met at the airport by a cruise representative in the baggage area. However we never found them and ended up asking at several information desks, one of which arranged a hotel shuttle to pick us up.

The next day we were picked up by coach and taken to the port.
