Family had sailed with another river boat company & AMA and enjoyed AMA best. This was our first European river cruise. Upon arrival at pier there was staff to greet us & took our luggage to our cabin. The 2nd Captain was there handling luggage just like it was his job. Our cabin was nice size& wonderful view from french balcony. Dinning room staff was friendly and eager to please and kept wine glasses full & food was great.

During the week rain came unexpectedly & cruise director was wet herself but came back aboard & got umbrellas & extra crew & took umbrellas to guest still shore. That's fantastic customer service. The whole crew went above & beyond providing excellent service. Ports & shore excursions were well planned & local guides knew their subject. AMA provided transfer back to airport very nice bus & had representative meet us at bus & took us all the way to check in counter. Service, Service, Service First Class the whole week.
