It was supposed to be a free cruise advertised on the radio which was a scam. We ended up paying over $700 in total for a 2 day cruise in which we stayed in a tiiny cabin on the lowest level of the ship with a broken air conditioner the ENTIRE time- We were so hot and miserable we contacted the staff and every time they said they would send someone right away-no one came.

They never offered a fan so when we realized it was never getting fixed we ask for a fan- they brought us one- it didn't work - 2 hours later they brought us another after 2 more phone calls.

Also We were charge $24 in maid fees -our room was never cleaned nor did we ever see a maid. Read more
