Received a great deal for a two bedroom suite, third and fourth person free, specialty dining for all, adult beverage package, shore excursion credit. Suite came with a butler, who delivered canapés every afternoon. While the suite was roomy, with a separate entrance for the extra bedroom, there was not very much attention to detail with the housekeeping. Only of those magazine subscriptions cards was on the balcony deck when we arrive..and was still there when we left. Also, the toilet paper was one step removed from being tree bark. Come on, NCL, with a suite you should get Charmin.
The service staff didn't care or pay attention. I ordered drinks with my room card. After lunch, I could open the cabin door, only to realize that I was given someone else's card. I had even bought a hat with the wrong card. Worked it all in the end. But, come on guys. While only 2 guests were given the adult beverage package, staff at all the bars and restaurants only took one card and brought beverages for everyone. No wonder the staff never bothered to learn your name or drinks. They weren't receiving any tips so didn't care.
Only one pool, which was for adults, which was crowded with kids. It was the week before Christmas and I was surprised to see so many kids. When the OSheehans after a shore excursion. Asked the bartender for the menu. After thirty minutes, still no menu. I did get my drink but at 3pm, it was not busy and no one cared to give any service.
Large enough for four adults. Huge bathroom. But a small balcony. Storage was just okay. Cubbies in master bedroom very narrow and couldn't hold much.
Live here and love the city
