As Florida residents, we saw this 2 night cruise as a nice "getaway" opportunity at a reasonable cost. We opted for the cruise only - no time share pitch, Groupon hotel add on, or the like.
Overall we found the experience to be very good for the price. The Grand Celebration is an older ship and in some areas it shows (windows caulked many times, countless coats of paint on the rails, etc.) You'll feel the age of the ship with weathered wooden decks, dated decor (think disco meets 1980's mauve), and worn upholstery in public lounges. But overall, the ship is clean and well maintained.
My comments below pertain to the on-board experience only.
Clean and well maintained. Good quality linens - and yes, there was a top sheet as well as the duvet. Bathroom has been fully renovated. Water pressure was very good. Shampoo, soap, and bath gel provided. Very adequate storage. Convenient location with easy access to stairs and elevators. On night 1, we heard significant engine noise.
