Arrived at Southampton and the ship looks huge from the outside and when we walked in you could tell it was all new but also totally geared up for the Chinese market. All signage was in both languages and the staff and shopping totally again geared up for that market. Also the ship is a bit of a reverse tardis it feels much smaller on the inside that the lie of freedom or voyager class ships due to the lack of the full length Royal Promanande

Service in the restaurants was extremely rushed so much so that we had to ask for a ten minute break between courses, Wonderland could have been fabulous however we where pushed through the whole meal in just over an hour so a real waste of money. We also did the chefs table after doing this several times on other ships and again what a massive disappointment. Instead of a separate private room this is done at the back of chops grill on a very long table. The chef only came out for a few seconds at the start of the meal, we never saw him again and at the end the waiter said thats it its over and left. Another huge let down.

Why are you also pushed to book all the restaurants at a time that does not suite and then the majority of the time they are half empty and we where told we could not sit at tables near the window as they where for the walk in and never used in the whole time we where eating.
