I liked the freestyle that Norwegian offered. The restaurants were good and the specialty were great. All the employees were friendly and some learned our names quickly which was nice. The embarkation in Vancouver was too long but that was the ports doing. They had a new computer system and new employees. We enjoyed seeing the officers visiting with the passengers. The entertainment was very good. There was always something to do. Dan the cruise director did a very good job. Getting on and off for shore excursions was very organized. Our balcony room was clean when we arrived and our steward, Holden, was very attentive and nice. The room was bigger than expected. We didn't use the spa or fitness facilities. The ship was always clean. Being dirctionaly challenged I was able to get around by the 3rd day. I was informed about the fish on the carpet are swimming to the front of the ship. Getting off the ship in Seattle was so easy. As first time cruisers we will be going again with Norwegian.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

Cabin B3

Clean and roomy. Lots of storage space which help to keep the room organized. The balcony was the best.

Port Reviews

Vancouver

The embarkation took too long. Vancouver wasn't ready for us.

Juneau

Juneau is beautiful.

Glacier Bay

Our guide was very informative. The scenery was enough.

Icy Strait

Enjoyed walking around and then taking the shuttle to Hoonan. Lots of whales to see.
