Was really looking forward to this cruise, it was the Hellenic Classics. Actually getting onto the ship at Corfu was a joke.....an hour and a half queue to embark, in the sun!! Come on Thomson - not even any shade or seats, and bearing in mind there were a lot of elderly people with sticks and crutches. The Dream is severely understaffed in all of the bar areas, as you wait forever to catch a waiter, and then when you do, you then wait ages to actually get your drink. Also the staff did not seem happy at all, apart from one or two. The happiest staff were the Cabin Staff. I have never experienced this before on a Thomson Ship, it was very disappointing. At the Captains Dinner we waited an hour before we got our first course, shocking. The same thing happened the next night. The only way that we got around this was to start to queue at 6 pm ready for the 6.30 pm opening. Once the food did arrive it was very good. The trips were very good with Thomson, but over priced. Can recommend the trip to The Monestery of Agia and Chania, and the Easy Ephesus Trip. I would definitely not go on the Thomson Dream again.

Disappointing
