Pluses: The food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Minuses: My bill had double charges for things I only purchased once, such as bingo and casino-related charges. Guest Services refused to refund me for the double charges, and said they were looking into it but never got back to me. I had no choice but to take back the gratuities -- a process that involves getting a form and emailing it to them after filling it out.

Secondly, I had the alcohol drink card, but my bill still had charges for alcohol. They did refund those charges, but the charges shouldn't have been there in the first place. Read more
