First off as we drove in to the port the site of the ship was impressive. embarkation went smoothly as did disembarkation. I had a room on deck 8 with a balcony right on the bulge so I had a great unobstructed view the room was clean and well laid out. the food on the ship was second to none. the was plenty of bar to cater for all. the casino was well stocked with a good selection of games and machines. swimming pool could be a bit bigger but ideal for families with kids the 4 hot tubs great as the end of the day wind down with a cold drink. the staff was very polite and helpful and always smiling.

if you want to go on any trips when in port i suggest you book them early. I went to Rome and the Colosseum Great day out but a long hot day but well worth it.

But do a bit of research before you book as some trip go to the same places but dont stop for long or you have to meet the coach in a different place from where it dropped you off. I choose to travel on the local Hop on Hop off buses gos to a lot of the same places as the tours but is a lot cheaper and you spend the day doing what you want to do. I travelled on my own so I had to pay double occupancy. overall it was a lovely holiday you can do as much or as little as you like
