Worst cruise ever been on. Service was dreadful, if you were lucky enough to find a wine waiter,you had to wait ages for drinks. Gave up on occasions and queued at the bars along with others who had the same idea. One of our party reported a waiter for rudeness! The ship was very understaffed, staff seemed as if they had received littlr training, very few smiled or even looked as if they were enjoying their job.

Reception - sometimes if you asked a question, staff didn't seem to know the answer, in fact, on one occasion was asked to go back the next day because she didn't know the answer. Attitude of reception staff was at times abrupt and most unhelpful. Poorly trained in customer service.

Food in the buffet area was often lukewarm. Restaurant food was good as was the service. Both waiter, assistant waiter and wine waiter were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, in fact standard of service you would expect on a cruise ship. Read more
